I just wanted to give my heartfelt thanks to Jane for her assistance and patience throughout the process to get my higher education student visa. I started working with Jane when I was in Australia but I had to go back home to Zimbabwe to finish off the process. As I was on a different continent our modes of communication were email and phone calls. Sometimes the phone calls would be past working hours for Jane because of the different time-zones but Jane remained professional and went out of her way to assist me. She gave me honest advice on which options were best for me and treated me like I was her only client. She paid attention to every detail on my application and she took time to explain anything I didn’t understand.
I would recommend Jane and the agency to anyone and I can not express how thankful I am to her, for her help through what was quite an extensive process.
